Profile Information
Keep track of data and create as many profile fields as needed. All fields created become searchable and are included in the filter for forms, announcements and emails. Targeting exactly who you want to contact. Add and remove a profile field with ease.
Announcements
Create announcements for parents to read via the Parent Portal or email. Grant announcement access to groups of parents based on a filter you create. Announcements can quickly be turned on and off and assigned a starting and ending date.
Responsive Site
Our parent site is HTML5 responsive, meaning parents can log in and access the site on their desktop, tablet or mobile phone. 30% of parents that currently use Campium are accessing it via a mobile device and an additional 6% are using a tablet. With these numbers on the rise it's important to make sure parents can always reach our your site.
Forms (Including Medical)
You can have a single or multiple registration forms for both campers and staff. Create as many questions on the forms as you'd like. Forms can be set up to show up for specific families only so that they're not overburdened by forms they don't need to fill out.
Allow parents to upload medical forms they have received from their health care provider that require a signature to help you eliminate administrative work.
Staff Management
Create forms that only staff has access to. Use the same portal for parents and staff for registration. You can have an unlimited number of staff members in the system at no cost.
Online Registration
Create and customize online registration forms for both campers and staff. Registration data automatically used to create profiles for campers. Completed forms can be viewed and then approved if any changes are necessary. Receive confirmation emails whenever a form is completed.
Track Attendance Online
Easily keep track of when children are checked in and out as well as if they are absent. Quickly view who is allowed to pick up a child at dismissal.
Medication Tracking
This feature allows parents to manage their children’s medication by logging into the parent portal and following the instructions. Parents can add / remove / update medications when necessary. Administrators then have the ability to see what medications are on file for a child by looking at their profile.
Credit Card & ACH Processing
Process credit cards and ACH (eCheck) payments with ease. Turn on/off the ability to accept different types of credit cards. Detailed credit card processor responses are logged with each payment. Allow users to pay their invoices through the Parent Portal or process a credit card manually via CampiumDB when a user calls in.
Toggable Modules
We have many modules which can be turned on or off with ease depending on your needs. Want to host photos? Have a calendar? Have a YouTube account? Is your camp free? Want an FAQ module? A 'Contact Us' module? Attendance module? All of these are free and can be turned on or off whenever you'd like.
HIPAA Compliancy
We are fully compliant with HIPAA. Data is encrypted during transfer and at rest. We also encrypt all backups and log data. Access controls always default to no access unless overridden manually. All customer data is backed up on a rolling basis. There is no public access to data or documents.
Photo Hosting
We can be your photo hosting provider as well. Simply turn on the Photo Module and you're all set. Upload as many photos as you want and add captions and tags so parents can easily find their children.
Custom Site Text
Many camps want to customize the exact wording of different items on the parent website to make for the easiest experience for their specific set of clientele. We allow for each camp to change the text of many items on the parent website via CampiumDB.

Our servers use the latest security and patches to keep your information safe. We do not sell/rent/give out your information to any 3rd party.
Customizable Reporting
Create reports based on any criteria that you have as a profile field. Instantly see the number of results that will be returned as soon as you select an option within the filter. Reports can be exported to HTML, PDF, XLS and Avery Labels.
